Nothing on this website constitutes a contractual offer to provide services.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate a service engagement in accordance with the terms set out in the relevant engagement agreement. Upon termination, you must pay all fees and expenses incurred up to the date of termination. Clauses 4, 5, 6, 8, and 9 of these Terms shall survive termination.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria for the resolution of any disputes arising under these Terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.

10. Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with any applicable engagement agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and Karya Siddhi Vinayaka Pty Ltd regarding your use of our website and services, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.
